As a Licensed Trainer, our role is to deliver Henpicked’s CPD-certified, tried, tested and trusted menopause workplace training to SMEs, schools, private healthcare providers and charities across the UK.
We exist to make menopause training accessible to all organisations which reaches the full business community to ensure everyone experiencing menopause can thrive at work.

Our CPD-certified open programme offers the same high-impact, practical training as our in-house workshops, giving individuals and smaller teams the opportunity to build confidence, improve understanding, and take away actionable tools to support menopause at work.
This is a brand-new collaboration between BelongHR, the Menopause Workplace Training Network by Henpicked, and Glaisyers ETL that brings you our tried, tested and trusted training to Manchester City Centre this summer!
These in-person sessions are designed especially for small and medium-sized organisations (up to 350 employees) who want to take practical, meaningful steps toward creating a more inclusive and supportive workplace.
