With over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, Holly is a trusted expert in people development, cultural transformation, employee engagement, and creating inclusive, wellbeing-focused workplaces.
She’s known for delivering inclusive leadership training, wellbeing strategy support, and EDI consultancy for SMEs, always with a practical, no-nonsense style that helps busy teams make real progress. Holly also specialises in menopause in the workplace training, helping organisations build awareness and support around this vital area of employee wellbeing.
Holly’s facilitative style is accessible, down-to-earth and impartial, creating a space where open conversation and personal growth can thrive - whether she's working with a senior leadership team or a staff network.
Drawing on insights from NLP, positive psychology, CBT and behavioural economics, she brings a rounded and evidence-informed perspective to even the trickiest people challenges.
